Innovation Meets Engineering Excellence
Impresstik’s in-house engineers recently designed and introduced the state-of-the-art Webmaster 2100, a fully automated, non-stop, self-adhesive labelling station intended for integration into both high-speed rotary or in-line installations. Its twin-roll feed allows for uninterrupted interchange and waste ejection, minimising downtime to provide peak efficiency production capacity.
Just some of the other exciting projects we’ve worked on recently include providing a 2000VAC-HP system to The Collective—one of New Zealand’s leading yoghurt companies—as well as supplying an entry-level wine bottle labelling system with dual dispensing stations to a company in California.
Impresstik Labelling Systems also commissioned a milk bottle labelling machine for Norco, a 100% Australian farmer-owned dairy co-operative. The machine contains four servo-driven, high-speed labelling stations with an auto interchange feature that can label at speeds of over 200 bottles per minute. The auto interchange feature allows the line to run at 100% uptime without having to stop to change label rolls.
